Hi Beautiful Lovers
Tonights One Healing Meditation was all rooted around the third eye. A strong burning and at some points throbbing inbetween the physical eyes throughout the session, which then connected to a sharpness in the back of the head, top of the spine.
Alot of energy was moved around the body, particularly connections to the right knee, heart and throat.
I felt a dizzyness and a sickness, like a need to vommit and also a lack of energy, a deep tiredness. I meditated with the energy untill it passed and then felt such relaxation and joy throughout by body.

Here We Go !
Tonight was the first One Healing Meditation and I absolutely loved every moment!
I wish to share what I experienced during the session here, particularly during the energy healing/merging section I perform.
I tuned in to the group and felt a big release in the Solar Plexus, followed by a release in the lungs. My body rocked as it went through the motion of gagging for air, I feel, the fear of breathing deeply, of truely Living. A connection was made to the heart centre from these areas, which I found was deeply rooted in the sacral chakra. I felt such pain in the womb, in Mother in us all, male or female alike. She felt suppressed here, in agony in our sacral chakra, our supressed emotions/fears/life juices. I then felt the throat chakra burning! A need to step into speaking our truth from this deeper level. To release fears and be transformed in love.
All that has been building and shifting this month is being released, it is time to let go of those parts of you which died to be reborn and really ground these deeper levels of inner connectiveness. Speak your truth. Stand up for who you are, not for people you love, your closest and dearest or the world, but for the world that lives within you. If you step on egg shells around anyone, AnyOne! Your children, your parents, even yourself (the person you fool the most!) You are dishonoring love within, you and them, all! You are demonstrating fear, no matter how subtle, you demonstrate that you do not trust their soul, you do not trust god within you to guide you.. their guidance, their path, connected to you on yours through your relationship and how you feel. Healed through truth expressed.
Your/their personality may not like the truth, your feelings and try to own them, accusing you of playing with their emotions or blame you for their reaction to it, but the soul, the soul loves the truth. The soul is thankful for speaking the truth. The Ones Truth. For in focussing on speaking your truth you are healing us all :) and powerfully empowering yourself into The One, demonstrating love in the highest. Fearless. Trusting, knowing and being the truth of your heart.. your all that is.

I am finding, everything, all of my growth is coming back to deeper, purer and finer expressions of this, as the reflections from people around me change, and blossom the application of this lesson gets soooo deep! sooo subtle! With each choice that honours the heart, we are moving further into divine unconditional love. Soo awesome! How Deep We Are ! Mind Blowing! To Love!!

One Healing Meditation Community
Once a week I arrange a group healing meditation for all who wish to join in love.
The core intention is planetary healing.
World Peace through inner peace:
We come together to heal eachother, you can join in whichever way you feel too. Whether dancing and singing, painting or drawing, meditating, playing in a park with your beautiful children and pets, lighting candles and incense, prayer, performing a ceremony, Shamanic Ritual, Reiki healing, Gaiadon Heart, sleeping, whatever you feel like doing will be perfect. The intention to join in love with us at a synchronised time is the key, each of us that choose to join in love for healing magnify the group. Beautiful healing circles, I love you. :)
I schedule a time and day each week, then send an email to our community for you to join as you wish.
If you have any comments and wish to share any experiences during the sessions, or to share any intentions for the session, messages from your heart, your guides anything you can add to the forum on the left for us all to share in love with you. As one, we heal, we grow we love and laugh, cry and sing, dancing in our new reality... So Beautiful We Are.
How I add to the pot
I generally start with a dance, normally sufi whirling to get going and a lil free flow into whatever movement my body feels to express( I love to sway and shimmy!). I then sing as I lay down, and go deep into medition, I tune into the energy of the group and merge with anyone who is open to me, transmuting any energy that wishes to be released (as described on the Sessions page of this site under Energy Healing). After stepping out, channeling energy into all and root our love and healing into our beautiful mother earth, then more singing. I love to sing! My heart dancing within our heart... our beautiful connection and the onederful work we do for the One In All
